We like to say that we're all about golf at Manistee. There are no food minimums, no bridge tournaments, no compulsory social events. Member charge accounts offer you convenience
Members are given the opportunity to have a revolving monthly charge account at the resort for all items ranging from food and beverage to golf carts or merchandise. Charges can be made in The Grille, golf shop, at the beverage cart and the Inn Lounge and then billed to you regularly.

Membership discounts throughout the resort
10% off on regular priced pro shop and Inn merchandise. Sale items are not included.

10% off on rooms in our Inn when you book rooms at standard and upgraded prices. Room specials cannot be discounted.

10% off when you book meeting rooms at the Inn for special occasions or for business and other events.

USGA Handicap Service available for a $35.00 fee, is not included in membership.

We offer special membership discounts to seniors 
A Senior that is 60+ yrs old will receive a 10% discount on membership fees.  If couples join as a family option and one spouse is under 60 yrs old, the discount will be reduced to 8%.  Senior discounts apply to membership dues, not to the following: season carts, cart passes, range cards or handicap fees.

Enjoy our great pool facilities – The indoor pool and the outdoor pool and hot tub will be available for the use of our members.  Family memberships have the ability to bring immediate family members to the pool and single memberships have use of the facilities for themselves only.

NEW!  Tanning Room - Regular tanning session fee is $6 for 20 minutes.  Members have access to the tanning room which features Dr. Kern Blue Dream Bed and is available 24 hours a day.  Members have access to the tanner for $6 per 20 minute session or can purchase tanning packages offering additional savings.

Play at great savings through a reciprocal price plan that includes:

Other Osprey recreational properties – The Medalist Golf Club in Marshall, MI, Black Forest/Wilderness Valley in Gaylord, MI, Ridgeview Golf Course in Kalamazoo, MI, and The Otsego Club in Gaylord, MI.

Each membership will receive a total of 12 rounds of golf that can be split among these courses. The rounds may be used Monday to Thursday anytime and Friday to Sunday after noon. A $20 cart fee per person will apply if you choose to ride. The rounds may be used however you would like, though you must be present to use the card. The rounds may not be used at Manistee National. (an $840 value)

Local Manistee area reciprocal program – Manistee Golf and Country Club, County Highlands in Bear Lake, The Heathlands in Onekama, The Hemlock and Lakeside Links in Ludington. Members at Manistee National will receive a discounted fee for 18 holes with cart Monday through Thursday anytime and Friday, Saturday and Sunday after noon.

Crystal Mountain – You will receive a 20% discount on green fees and cart fees at Crystal Mountain at all times including Twilight fees.

Costs of membership

We have provided great variety in membership plans depending on how much you expect to play our courses. These are wonderful values that make it possible for everyone to play regularly at great savings. We know you'll want to take advantage of them soon.

Please note that all those with unlimited memberships can participate in all-member events and have the option to open a charge account for merchandise, food and beverage. These memberships will also have the option to purchase cart passes or range passes. 

Option 1 Member:    Prices start at $1030

This option provides unlimited golf on Canthooke Valley and full member benefits. Single and family membership options are available .

Option 2 Member:   Prices start at $1350

This option provides unlimited golf on both Canthooke Valley and Cutters' Ridge as well as full member benefits. Single and family membership options are available .

NEW!  Non-Resident Membership:   Prices start at $1010

This membership is for those who reside outside a 100-mile radius from the resort and provides golf on both Canthooke Valley and Cutters' Ridge Thursday thru Sunday and weekday Holiday's. Full member benefits apply. Single and family membership options are available . 

Junior Member:   Prices start at $250

The junior membership includes golf on the Canthooke Valley. Membership benefits are not included with this option. All junior memberships are for those under 19 years old. Young adult memberships are for those ages 19 to 22. 

Weekday Golf Pass:   Prices start at $675

The weekday golf pass includes golf on the Canthooke Valley course only, Monday thru Friday. Membership benefits are not included with this option.
